USERS

Our product named as "AUTOCLINCH" is a mobile application platform specially designed for vehicle owners of all types i.e. all vehicular segments including cars, bikes, commercial vehicles/wagons, which is available on Google Playstore and can be downloaded easily.

Herein AUTOCLINCH Customers/users are referred to as the vehicle owners who uses the application specially for the purpose and need for getting Vehicular Assistance for their vehicular maintenance needs or any service requirements for theori vehicles.

The application helps the customers/users to search and find  the nearest and available auto service assistance for their vehicular needs instantly and according to their preference.

AUTOCLINCH do not charge anything to the user to access the platform. Any user/customer can open the application and locate the nearest mechanic as per their need and budget. 

On making a service request to the required mechanic, the user is charged a " Service Convenience Fees "  depending on the distance of the mechanic from the user's location Eg:  Rs 20-50 apart from the one charged by the vendor to the user for the service provided!

AUTOCLINCH also provides Daily Auto Care subscriptions for vehicle owners wherein vehicle owners can subscribe for their daily auto care services through their app at their own location.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS: 

 

1. In case the user/customer cancels the service request after being accepted and assigned by the service partner, the service convenience fees and  basic service penalty charges would be levied to the user.
 

2. In case the user/customer cancels the service request after the service partner reaches the location of the customer, service charge applicable according to the vendors service list shall be levied to the user.

 

3. In case the user/customer cancels the service request before the service partner accepts the service request, no service charge/amount would be levied to the user.

4. In case of a dispute between the customer and service partner with regards to the pricing/ servicing to be done by the service partner/ or customer not willing to pay according to the service partner's analysis and check procedure; customer is free to ask the vendor to complete the service and close the request. However, service fees + service convenience fees would be levied to the customer.
Also, AUTOCLINCH or Service Partner  would not take any responsibility for further consequences/liabilities for the same.

 

REFUNDS: 

No charge/amount is being levied to the customer for accessing the platform and make a booking/service request to the service partner unless service partner is assigned/ service partner accepts the request!

1. If the service partner does not respond to the service request, no charge would be levied to the customer.

2. If the service partner does not reach the location of the user, no charge would be levied to the customer

SERVICE PARTNERS:

Our product named as "AUTOCLINCH PARTNER"  is a mobile application platform that is specially designed for mechanics and auto service providers for all vehicular segments i.e. cars, bikes, three-wheelers/commercial vehicles herein referred to as service partners/vendors who wish to digitalize their services online and reach a wider range of audience through online means and thus create a recognition for their business.

 

The product helps the vendors to list out their services along with their prices as being offered by them to the customers. Vendors list out their service charges which includes the labour charges applicable for the requires service. However, the prices may differ/ deviate on complete analysis/service,  and job done depending on the problem detected by the vendor after reaching the location of the user/customer.

Our platform acts as a marketplace of service partners nearer and available to the customers/users location, therefore aggregates the business operations of the service partners and act as a Online lead generation sales platform/virtually competing marketplace for the service partners to transform their disorganised business operations into digitalised one.

Service Partners can list themselves on the platform for free, however a proper on-site verification and procedures are followed by the admin. AUTOCLINCH charges a Commission fees of 16-22% of the service charges  levied by the service partner to the customers.

CANCELLATIONS:

1. The service partner can reject the service request when receiving a request from the user/customer. No charge is levied to the service partner for missing out the service request/ denying the order.

2. On rejecting the service request after acceptance of the request/booking, penalty charges would be levied to the service partner for not responding to the platform/abiding by the rules and regulations of the platform.

REFUNDS:

1. If the customer books a service request and the service partner reaches the location and could not find the customer, service convenience fees would be paid to the service partner.

2. The commission fees charged to the Service partner is subjected to the charge that the vendor charges the customer at the real-time request; The commission fees calculation and details shall be sent to the Service partner via mail by our admin team. If by any chance, any error occurred in the transaction amount/process, the refund shall be created and sent directly to the bank accounts of the vendors.
